Almost! Not approved by omnivores but approved by me! Just needs a little more sharpness/bite/heat to it. Texture is almost spot on-just needs to be a bit firmer. Right now texture is almost like bologna. I would buy this again for sure, though! Just had it with cheese so far; this would make a killer sandwich!
