We recognize that shipping fees can be costly. We want to assure you that we do not make any money on shipping fees. The fees UPS assigns to packages are determined by factors such as box size, package weight, distance and chosen shipping method.
Since the beginning of the Covid pandemic, UPS has increased shipping rates, which have yet to return to pre-Covid levels. Additionally, the current surge in fuel prices has added to the overall shipping expenses.

At The Vreamery, we take great care in ensuring that our products are packaged securely to arrive in perfect condition. We use packaging rated for 48 – 72 hours to ensure product is at proper temperature upon arrival. As long as your shipment arrives with ice packs cool to the touch, items can be re-frozen or refrigerated as appropriate.
SHIPMENT DELAY PROTECTION
We understand that unexpected delays can be frustrating, especially when you’re looking forward to receiving your order. While UPS doesn’t cover “Carrier Delay”, we want to offer you extra peace of mind with our Shipment Delay Protection for only 2% of your cart total. This protection ensures that if your package experiences a delay of over 48 hours due to the carrier, you can file a claim by contacting us at 805.975.0052 or by email at [email protected]. Please include your order# when filing your claim. You will be refunded or your order will be reshipped upon claim approval.

UPS Ground usually shows up at Checkout as 1 Day Shipping and most times delivers in 1 day. However UPS does not guarantee 1 day and a shipment can take anywhere from 1-5 days, via Ground. UPS does not guarantee delivery in 2 days when shipping via 2-Day Air. If it’s imperative that your order arrives the next day, then please select a Next Day shipping method.
