How is this different from tofu?

While tofu is soy-based and can be soft or bland, Plantishh is pea-protein based and soy-free. It has a significantly higher protein density and a “meatier” structural integrity that holds up better to high-heat grilling and heavy sauces without crumbling.

Does it melt like cheese?
