How to cook:
Thaw in the fridge overnight.
Season the filets with salt and pepper.
Preheat oil in a pan on medium-high to high heat.
Cook the filets for 4-5 minutes on medium-high to high heat, flipping occasionally
The filets should have a nice dark sear after this
Remove from heat and let the filet rest for 2-3 minutes.
Add more salt, pepper, and plant-based butter.

We purchased this cut and another cut of Plant Based steak. We live in an area that does not have many vegan or vegetarian options outside of tofu and mushrooms. We purchased these to try for Christmas dinner and were very satisfied with this product. The steaks had a great texture, color, and flavor. These were put together well enough that we were able to cook them on the grill and have it co.e out perfectly. The Vreamery provided great customer service with the communication throughout the shipping process and the food items were packaged great for shipping. The items came sealed in a foil bag with foam insulation and 2 generously sized reusable gel ice packs. They arrived cold and in great condition. I do recommend and will be purchasing again in the future!
