    I was happy to find this option without cashews because my spouse has a sensitivity, yet all of the good vegan cheeses I’d tried so far were cashew based. The texture is soft, it melts nicely. The flavor is good, although the rosemary seemed out of place to me. It was a nice mild/med spicy. I tried it first just sliced cold and it was just OK. Then I melted some on toast it was really good. It was also good on a veggie sandwich–it provided that cheesy mouthfeel I miss in many vegan sandwiches. I’m saving the rest to top some enchiladas because heated/melted seems to be the best type of use for this cheese.
