We’ve used this to make dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free pizzas for the whole family with great success. It melts well and tastes very convincingly like mozzarella. The first few times shredding by hand it shreds neatly, but after a while it starts to crumble rather than shred. Still tastes just as good. We really enjoy this one, and it seems to be more frequently available than the Scratch House Mozzarella (which I also recommend).

We loved this cheese, but it was more reminiscent of Feta than Mozzarella. That being said, I will definitely order it again!
