This cheese is the best cheese I have ever had, and that includes the milk cheeses I ate before I realized I was allergic to milk products.
The taste is balanced well with the garlic flavor, and when paired with Mary’s thin gluten free crackers (garlic rosemary), and either fresh apple slices or tart cherry preserves, it is absolute heaven in every bite!
My life now includes this cheese on a daily basis! Going to try the jalapeño jack flavor next… if it’s as amazing as the garlic, I’m going to be addicted to two of these dare cheeses!
