Vegan Caprese Bacon Salad
A plant-based twist on a classic Caprese salad made with creamy vegan mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, smoky vegan bacon bits, and a sweet drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup vegan mozzarella sliced or torn
- ¼ cup vegan bacon bits
- 2 to 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Arrange tomatoes and vegan mozzarella on a serving plate or shallow bowl.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just.
- Sprinkle vegan bacon bits evenly over the top.
- Serve immediately.
