Shipping and Storage
Ships cold. Brie is a “living” cheese and needs airflow to stay at its best. We recommend loosely wrapping the wheel in cheese paper or parchment paper and storing it in your refrigerator’s crisper drawer. Before storing, apply a piece of wax paper to the exposed area to protect cut surfaces from drying out.
Note: Because Rebel Cheese is made with active living cultures, you may occasionally see soft white “fuzz” bloom on the rind or inside the cheese. This is a natural part of the aging process and is perfectly safe to consume.
