My husband and I are so obsessed with this salami, a bit pricey but well worth it! All their cheeses are great too! We will definitely always stop by their shop when we are in Paso Robles from now on!

You can’t imagine how happy I was to find this product. It’s almost impossible to find Vegan salami anywhere. Color me a happy camper with this one.

Almost! Not approved by omnivores but approved by me! Just needs a little more sharpness/bite/heat to it. Texture is almost spot on-just needs to be a bit firmer. Right now texture is almost like bologna. I would buy this again for sure, though! Just had it with cheese so far; this would make a killer sandwich!

The first smell and taste actually brought a tear to my eye, as salami was a favorite food before I went plant-based. This product is absolutely delicious. Great on a sandwich or a charcuterie board. Worth every penny!
