Each Oshi Plant-Based Whitefish Fillet is expertly crafted to deliver a clean, delicate flavor and a remarkably light, flaky texture that separates just like traditional white fish on your fork. Packing an impressive 18g of protein per serving plus omega-3 fatty acids from algal oil, it makes healthy, ocean-friendly everyday cooking incredibly satisfying and simple. Milder in flavor than the Oshi Salmon.

Cooking & Preparation Instructions

For the absolute best texture, cook thoroughly from thawed status:

  1. Thaw: Thaw the Oshi fillet completely in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Pan Prep: Place the thawed fillet into a cold, lightly oiled non-stick pan and lightly season the top.
  3. First Side: Turn the heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Flip & Cover: Flip the fillet over, season the newly exposed side, cover again, and cook for another 1½ minutes.
  5. The Perfect Sear: Remove the lid, drizzle 1 tsp of neutral oil (such as canola or sunflower) on top, and sear uncovered for 10 seconds per side. Serve piping hot!

Shipping and Storage

This product should be stored frozen, upon arrival place straight into your freezer. Keep frozen for up to 6 months for optimum freshness.
