Preparation & Cooking

Oshi fillets arrive vacuum-sealed and frozen for freshness. For the best experience:

  • Thaw: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
  • Pan-Sear: Preheat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.
  • Oven-Bake: Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes. Brush with a little lemon butter or glaze halfway through for extra moisture.
