Much easier to spread than other vegan cream cheeses I’ve tried. Also mixes well with a cup of almond milk to make a creamy sauce.

It had a very nice light flavor. I remember eating dairy cream cheese a long time ago and hating it, so I was pleasantly surprised that I loved this one. It has worked great with foods ranging from waffles to spaghetti squash pasta.
