The texture of this brisket is AMAZING and if I was rating purely on that it would be 5 stars.
Unfortunately, the liquid smoke is so intense its overwhelming. If they could cut back on the liquid smoke substantially, this product would be perfect! I would definitely purchase it again if they would make that adjustment.

Hello Liza, HapPea Vegan does not use liquid smoke… her “meats” are authentic slow smoked Texas BBQ! That said, yes HapPea Vegan crafts the smokiest, sultriest vegan BBQ ever!
