Any chance I could give this cheese more than 5 stars? I’ve been mostly vegan for over 30 years now. What I miss the most is cheese and pastry; they are the reasons I have occasionally fallen off the wagon.
Finally, vegan cheese has arrived! My absolute favorite is this Huntsman. Visually stunning, with vibrantly contrasting stripes, this cheese is full-flavored and satisfying. It’s a little bit salty and somewhat tangy. The “blue cheese” stripes echo my tastebuds’ memory of my favorite Stilton.
I could happily enjoy this with a Granny Smith apple, or a substantial graham-forward cracker. This cheese has found its way into my cart ever since my first Vreamery order, and now I order two at a time; it is *that* good!
