How long will this product last in the fridge once opened?

The Health Department recommends 7-10 days, but as long as refrigerated and moisture is kept away, it will keep the mold away. The Brie will get stronger just like traditional dairy-based cheese.

My gosh, this is such a delicious soft cheese. the rind is basically identical to dairy Brie rind. My favorite way to enjoy this so far has been to pair it with agave nectar and fig jam.

I just received this cheese yesterday, and oh my God! This tastes like heaven! I had no idea you can make a no dairy brie taste this yummy! I pair it with rosemary crackers and green olives, and it’s delicious! I will order this regularly.
