Equipment

  • Pizza peel or large cutting board (for transferring the dough)
  • Spoon or ladle (for sauce)
  • Pizza cutter or sharp knife

Ingredients
  

  • Pizza dough vegan
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2-3 ounces Vegan mozzarella shredded or sliced
  • 8-10 slices Vegan pepperoni
  • optional for finishing: vegan hot honey, balsamic glaze, arugula

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F. If you’re using a pizza stone or steel, place it in the oven while it heats.

Prepare the dough

  • Roll or stretch the pizza dough into your desired shape on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to a pizza peel or baking sheet.

Add the sauce

  • Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.

Layer the cheese

  • Evenly add the vegan mozzarella over the sauce, covering the surface without overloading the pizza.

Top with vegan pepperoni

  • Arrange vegan pepperoni slices across the pizza so each slice gets a balanced bite.

Bake

  • Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the vegan cheese is melted and lightly browned.
