Vegan Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
- Pizza dough vegan
- 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
- 2-3 ounces Vegan mozzarella shredded or sliced
- 8-10 slices Vegan pepperoni
- optional for finishing: vegan hot honey, balsamic glaze, arugula
Instructions
Preheat the oven
- Preheat your oven to 475°F. If you’re using a pizza stone or steel, place it in the oven while it heats.
Prepare the dough
- Roll or stretch the pizza dough into your desired shape on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to a pizza peel or baking sheet.
Add the sauce
- Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
Layer the cheese
- Evenly add the vegan mozzarella over the sauce, covering the surface without overloading the pizza.
Top with vegan pepperoni
- Arrange vegan pepperoni slices across the pizza so each slice gets a balanced bite.
Bake
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the vegan cheese is melted and lightly browned.
