Brie! If you liked Brie in your omnivorous days this the cheese for you–really, the cheese for anyone who likes Brie. Perfect texture and taste. A+

It was very similar to the truffle version and just as tasty. Since the truffle taste wasn’t present, it was easier to eat more, yet it was not bland because it still had a light fermented taste to it.
