Koji-Pâté studded with fresh apple pieces and hints of sage. Perfectly paired with wine and cheese for your next picnic. What is Koji? Koji is the bacteria starter used to make many Japanese fermented products such as sake, soy sauce and miso. It is an ancient ingredient but due to growing interest in fermented foods and their health benefits, it has recently increased in popularity as it is a tasty, slightly healthier alternative to salt.

Amazing pâté! Very authentic tasting with a hint of sweetness from the apples. I just had it on french bread with a touch of mustard and it was wonderful. Texture and taste are spot on!
