This product is hand-cut and wrapped in-house. Sold in 3oz portions. Order 1-3oz portion to receive a 3oz wedge, 2-3oz portions to receive a 6oz wedge, order 3-3oz portions to receive a 9oz wedge.

Rich full flavor, semi-hard texture, slightly salty, with notes of grass, butter, and a delicate sweetness. Best grated.

Ingredients: Soybean, water, potato starch, brown rice syrup, nutritional yeast, palm fruit, palm kernel, salt, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, chive, avocado oil, vinegar, sesame oil, natural color.
