DIY Kit Truffle

- +/- 50 grams of dry mix makes over 1 lb. of cheese.
- Takes 5 minutes to prepare and sets up inside of an hour.
- Requires 1.5 cups of dairy-free milk, 2 tablespoons of oil and any additional ingredients you desire to craft a truly signature cheese.
- Toss in some sauteed marinated mushrooms and a splash of white wine along with some fresh herbs like Thyme and Rosemary for a decadent treat!
- Ingredients: Gluten Free Tapioca Starch, Kosher Irish Sea Moss, Inactive Nutritional Yeast, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Various Natural Seasonings.

I buy their Tumeric and Truffle Cashew Cheese and so I thought I would try this too… I added 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric and it turned out really good. Next time I am going to add fresh mushrooms too!
